1. Date Blocking & Retainer Fees

Due to the high demand for auspicious wedding dates and limited concurrent event commitments, the initial 25% date-blocking retainer is non-refundable once our team initiates 3D decor drafting and venue site visits.

2. Free Rescheduling Guarantee

We understand that family emergencies, weather conditions, or unforeseen schedule shifts may occur. In the event of rescheduling, 100% of your advance payments are transferable to any available date within 12 months without penalty.

3. Third-Party Vendor Cancellation Terms

Refunds for hotel room blocks, external airline charters, or celebrity artist bookings are governed strictly by the individual terms of those respective providers. ChinnDeep Events assists in negotiating maximum possible refund claims on your behalf.
