Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

ChinnDeep Events Management Pvt. Ltd. provides professional event planning, design, venue sourcing, and day-of coordination services. Specific deliverables, payment schedules, and performance obligations are outlined in individual client agreements.

2. Pricing Transparency & Pass-Through Invoices

All third-party vendor charges (including hotels, banquet halls, floral wholesale, sound permissions, and external artists) are billed directly to the client at actual negotiated costs. ChinnDeep Events does not add hidden markups to third-party vendor bills.

3. Milestone Payments

Celebration bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the initial date-blocking retainer (25%). Subsequent milestones are due upon design sign-off (35%), 15 days prior to event (30%), and on event day (10%).

4. Intellectual Property

All custom 3D stage renders, floorplans, moodboards, and event design concepts produced by ChinnDeep Events remain our creative property until final contract execution.
